Default your JSF Editor to Source View
sometime Jdeveloper will be slow and will take long time to open the files(ex, jspx) into design mode. Instead you want to open a jspx page directly into soure tab.
OR
You want to open a file into a perticular window or tab.
To setup this, follow the below mentioned steps.
Tool > Preference > File Types
